Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of numberforge.net, our public documentation, and—when available—the NumberForge managed package on Salesforce AppExchange. By using the site or installing the package, you agree to these terms.
Who we are
NumberForge is a software product for Salesforce phone number validation and enrichment. It is developed and published by Stefano Moro (VAT number 01078910146), based in Italy. NumberForge is the product name, not a separate company entity. Questions: [email protected].
The website and documentation
We provide the public site and documentation for information about NumberForge. Content describes product behavior at the time of publication. Managed-package behavior in your org depends on the version you install.
You may link to our site and quote short excerpts with attribution. Do not misrepresent our product, scrape the site in ways that impair service, or attempt to access systems you are not authorized to use.
NumberForge package (Salesforce)
When the NumberForge managed package is available on AppExchange, your install and use are also subject to:
- Your agreement with Salesforce for your org and platform use.
- AppExchange and ISV terms presented at install or checkout, as applicable.
- Any trial, subscription, or order form that applies to your purchase.
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the package in Salesforce orgs covered by a valid license or trial, only for your internal business purposes and in line with Salesforce platform rules.
You must not reverse engineer, sublicense, or redistribute the package except as Salesforce platform licensing allows. You remain responsible for configuration you apply in your org (including generated fields, automation, and data written by NumberForge).
Support
Support is provided as described on the AppExchange listing and in our documentation when the product is generally available. Contact [email protected] for help. We aim to respond within a reasonable time but do not guarantee a specific resolution window unless a separate support agreement says otherwise.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site, documentation, and package are provided “as is” and “as available”, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that NumberForge will meet every use case in every org. Phone number validation depends on metadata and configuration; you are responsible for testing in your environment before relying on results for compliance or critical processes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Stefano Moro is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising from use of the site or package. Our aggregate liability for claims relating to NumberForge in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us for the package in that period, or zero if you use only the free public site.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including mandatory consumer rights where they apply).
Privacy
Our handling of personal data on the website is described in the privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date shows the current version. Material changes to package terms may also be communicated through release notes or AppExchange listing updates when appropriate.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Italy have exclusive jurisdiction for disputes, unless mandatory consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
